1. Agreement to These Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products and Availability
We try to describe products, colours, measurements and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. Products and sizes may be changed, restocked or discontinued without notice.
3. Pricing and Currency
Our checkout and order records use Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A USD option may be shown for convenience using the exchange rate configured by LEVELS; it is an estimated display only and the final store charge remains in PKR unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.
4. Orders
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled before fulfilment for reasons including stock errors, payment verification failure, suspected fraud, invalid delivery details or other operational issues. If we cancel an order after receiving cleared funds, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
5. Payments and Verification
Available methods may include Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. For prepaid/manual transfers, a payment screenshot or receipt is required for verification; a reference number may be optional. Never send your PIN, password or one-time code. An order is not treated as paid until the payment is verified.
6. Shipping
Delivery charges, available methods and estimates are shown at checkout and are also explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote-area routing, incorrect addresses or other events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, time limits, item condition requirements, exchanges and refund handling are governed by our Return Policy. Your rights under applicable law are not excluded where they cannot legally be excluded.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Coupons and promotions may have minimum spends, expiry dates, product/category restrictions and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combinable.
9. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate order information. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, submit malicious content or use the service for unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual Property
The LEVELS name, branding, website content, product imagery, graphics and original materials are owned by LEVELS or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without authorization.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEVELS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

Account Option at Checkout
Guest checkout remains available. If "Create my LEVELS account" is enabled, LEVELS may automatically create a customer account from the checkout contact and delivery details. No password is requested during checkout. A secure credential is generated automatically, and the shopper may switch the option off before placing the order.
Abandoned Checkout Reminders
Entering a valid email address at checkout may create a recoverable checkout record using the contact details and bag information entered before an order is placed. If checkout is not completed, LEVELS may send a limited recovery sequence showing the saved products and a link back to the bag. Each email reminder stage is sent once for that checkout. If you have independently enabled browser or installed-app notifications, LEVELS may also send one push reminder for that saved bag. Notification permission remains optional and can be turned off in browser or device settings. You can unsubscribe from email reminders at any time, and completing the order stops the recovery sequence.
